					<description><![CDATA[Previous governments could have/should have, ensured that most buildings in the UK have solar panels on the roof, and have invested in all the other renewable forms of energy so that by now, we could have been energy independent, without the need for the use of any fossil fuels. But of course we know that governments are corrupt, and refuse to do the right thing.]]></description>
